Très bonnes.Se rapproches beaucoup des gaufres de fête foraine
I put together the recipe and set the bowl in the fridge overnight. Baked them the next morning in my Krups waffler and they turned out terrific! I took the suggestion to use half and half milk and water so the waffles came out rich, buttery, and light. This recipe is much better than the common baking powder (levure chemique) recipe. I would also recommend the milk and water blend to everyone making this recipe. Two suggestions though - be consistent with measurements. 1 cac of yeast = 5 grams. Also specify what grade of eggs to use. I used jumbos and found the batter to be watery and had to add extra flour to get the right consistency. Assuming you probably meant large eggs, the next time I shall use 3 jumbos because that is what I keep on hand. I would also recommend that anyone making this recipe use the overnight method of rising because that gives time for the yeast to work and the gluten to develop yielding a very light waffle. My wife and I really liked the waffles - she eats them plain; I drizzle honey on mine. Yum!
Voilà la collation pour cet après midi ,avec la confiture de fraise de mamie
Paraît facile - mais je n'ai pas d'appareil pour cuire - ça va venir - merci -
