• 12 tasses (3 litres) de bouillon de poulet
• 1 paquet (environ 300 g) de pâtes Won Ton
• 1 oeuf
• 1 cuillère à table de sel

Garniture :

• 1 lbs (450 g) de porc haché
• 1 oeuf
• 2 cuillère à thé (10 mL) de sauce soya
• 1 cuillère à thé (5 g) de sel
• 1 cuillère à thé (5 g) de sucre
• Poivre
